Shipping policy

For orders to the European Union, VAT and Taxes are being collected at the time of purchase.

For orders going to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, prices are shown without VAT and duties, which may be applicable in your order. Those will have to be paid to DHL upon entry into the destination country. You will be contacted by the shipping company around the time of entry to sort out the duties applicable

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order for items that are in stock and have appeared in stock at the time of purchase. "In Stock" items are all items that SimRacerZone or its partner companies have available and ready to ship within the promised timeframe.

SimRacerZone reserves its right to change visible shipping times in cases where product supply is limited or unpredictable by putting a disclaimer in the top of the product description.

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your items. In order to submit a return, please send us an email to support@simracerzone.com
